OUR PROVIDERS

Chris Thoen, PMHNP-BC

Hi, I’m a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who’s serious about one thing: helping brains and bodies work better—without losing the human touch.

I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and anxiety, working with patients aged 7 to 64. Whether you’re a kid navigating big feelings or an adult wondering why life feels this overwhelming, I’m here with evidence-based tools, real talk, and a treatment plan that’s built for you, not the textbook version of you.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to trauma-informed care, making sure that every step we take together feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Isabel McCune, MA LPC

Hello! I'm Isabel (she/her), a professional counselor. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions to teens and adults. I believe that people are experts in their own lives and make the best decisions available to them with the resources that they have. I am interested in how we interact with and are affected by systems of power, and in how counseling can help decolonize mental wellbeing. My core commitment as a counselor is to affirm your autonomy and to be a witness as you grow and make meaning of your life.  I approach therapy with curiosity, and invite you to explore how histories, structures, and intersections shape who you are and what you do. I use metaphors and thought experiments to offer new perspectives. I practice mind-body techniques to identify how emotions and experiences show up in the body as well as your mind. In our work together, I hope you find rich meaning in your experiences, build connection to your community, and make changes that are significant to you.
